Refund and Returns Policy

At Marraki Digital Lab, all products offered are fully digital audio materials delivered through instant online access and downloadable files. These products include instrumental beats, sound packs, and other audio-based creative resources. Due to the non-physical nature of digital goods, traditional product returns are not possible once access has been granted. When a purchase is completed and download access is provided, the product is considered delivered, accessed, and non-returnable. This policy exists to protect both the customer experience and the intellectual property rights attached to original digital music content.

That said, we recognize that technical or transactional issues can occasionally occur. Our goal is to resolve such situations professionally, transparently, and fairly. Refunds are therefore limited strictly to cases involving verified technical faults, system errors, or payment-related problems. Refund eligibility does not apply to subjective preferences, artistic expectations, or creative outcomes, as digital music products are inherently subjective and cannot be “tested and returned” once accessed.

Each request is reviewed individually to ensure a balanced and reasonable outcome while also preventing misuse of digital content distribution. Because digital files can be copied, stored, or used immediately upon download, refund decisions must take intellectual property protection into account.

Refunds may be approved only in the following situations:

• The purchased files cannot be downloaded due to a confirmed system or server error originating from our platform
• Audio files are corrupted, incomplete, or technically damaged and cannot be opened in standard audio software
• A payment was successfully processed but download access was never delivered
• The customer was charged multiple times for the same order due to a processing error
• The delivered files are materially different from the product description due to an internal listing or upload mistake
• A license document, agreement, or usage information explicitly listed in the product description was not included
• A proven technical incompatibility exists and no reasonable alternative format can resolve the issue
• A fraudulent or unauthorized transaction is verified by the payment provider
• The wrong product was delivered due to a technical mislabeling issue
• A critical part of the product package is missing, making the files unusable

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• Change of mind after purchase
• The instrumental does not match personal taste or creative vision
• The beat does not suit the artist’s vocal tone or performance style
• The customer expected exclusivity but selected a non-exclusive license
• Misunderstanding of licensing terms selected during checkout
• Lack of technical knowledge required to use audio files or music software
• Minor preferences related to arrangement, sound design, or mood
• Project cancellation after files have been delivered
• The beat was already downloaded, stored, or used in any form of production
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective creative expectations
• Failure to read product descriptions or license details before purchase
• Claims that stem from third-party software issues not related to the audio file itself
• File use limitations due to the customer’s device performance or outdated software
• Requests made after the claim period has expired

Before any refund is approved, we may attempt to resolve the issue through support-based solutions such as:

• Re-sending secure download links
• Providing alternative audio file formats if available
• Replacing corrupted or incomplete files
• Offering technical guidance for file access
• Clarifying license rights and permitted usage
• Assisting in verifying compatibility with common audio workstations

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. Requests must include the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as screenshots, error messages, or software information. Incomplete requests may delay review or result in rejection due to insufficient information.

If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take several business days. Marraki Digital Lab is not responsible for additional delays caused by banks or payment processors.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that digital audio products cannot be returned once accessed and that refunds are limited strictly to verified technical or transactional issues as described above. This policy ensures fairness, protects creative work, and maintains the integrity of digital product distribution.
